if you need a good book to read...

i highly recommend "the glass castle".  jeannette walls, a successful New Yorkan and (former?) MSNBC columnist writes this memoir about her surprising past she's kept hidden until this book.
it is so good.

i LOVE THIS BOOK. i gave it to my dad for christmas. her new one, half broke horses, is on my list to read.
